10/08/04 - SACD brand revitalised

SACD Freight, in partnership with RIOT, a Cape based brand consultancy, is in the process of rolling out the new SACD Freight Branding.

The process includes revitalising the company's corporate identity and retraining staff to further entrench established brand values of reliability, flexibility and exceptional service.

The move is the result of a comprehensive survey of customers and staff. Both groups were, on the whole, well satisfied with SACD Freight. The survey also suggested that service levels could be enhanced to assure market leadership well into the future - a recommendation that management has already acted on.

A comprehensive training programme has been implemented for employees to live the new brand values and for SACD Freight to deliver a world class service to customers. In addition, buildings, offices and reception areas will be upgraded to reflect the style and vibrancy of the new brand.

SACD Freight has recruited a public relations company to add editorial value to series of advertisements which will appear in industry based magazines and daily newspapers.
