The strategic positioning of SACD Freight's facilities and the services of Bidfreight Intermodal, particularly along the busy Durban/ Johannesburg corridor, provides customers with alternative options in their supply chain. SACD Freight has the ability to take control of shipping the freight container as it crosses over the rail of the ship, deliver the container to the importer and return the empty to an empty container facility. This same container can then be positioned at an exporter's premises and be delivered back on board a ship.
