SACD for The Ladies

The SACD Durban facility recently hosted a Fashion Talk and Breakfast for the ladies of logistics at SACD, their clients and partners.

The Master of Ceremonies for the event was South African style trend plotter Kevin Ellis. The event started off with each guest receiving a hand-grown red rose upon arrival, followed an aromatherapy rose petal hand cleansing before the breakfast arrived.

Kevin, who won the award ‘Best Dressed at the J&B Met’, entertained the ladies with a talk on what’s currently hot and what’s not in South African fashion, while the ladies tucked into a tasty yet healthy breakfast.

Make-Overs and More

Lindsy Nixon, who specialises in bridal and theatrical make up, gave a few of the pampered lady volunteers a well deserved treat with a make over, all the while including hair styling tips and make up techniques in the presentation.

After the successful morning winded down and the midday sun crept in, prizes were handed out to many of the ladies in a final effort to show theses Queens of Logistics that they are truly appreciated and celebrated.
